It's almost time!
It's an honor to have met and seen many familiar faces over the last month for our soft opening, and we can't wait to see you this Saturday for our Grand Opening and Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony! Everything starts at 11 am. To show our gratitude, we have put together a few tokens of our appreciation, including gifts, food, and prizes. Plus, you'll get to see how well we did with our DIY balloon arch!
It means to world to us to build community here with you. Don't forget your raffle tickets! You'll receive one at the door as well, but I know a few of you have earned several tickets over the last few weeks!

The first thing most people say when I talk about Yoga is, "Oh, I'm not flexible." In Western society, we have been brainwashed to believe Yoga is only for thin and bendy people when the opposite is true.
Yoga is for EVERY body in EVERY shape and size, and we aim to break down the barriers that social media and misinformation have created so we can bring Yoga to all people. Our teachers have designed classes for beginners to explore in a fun, informative, and connected way. We're creating a little family here, and where else do we get to make adult friends in healthy ways?

Our Grand Prize basket is eagerly awaiting its new home, and we can't wait to see who wins! We know many of you have already earned raffle tickets over the last couple of weeks, but there's still time to earn more! We will also have more prizes to raffle off.

Let's not forget about THE event I look forward to all year! Spiritual Summer Camp changed my life four years ago and taught me to trust women and myself for the first time in a long time.
